At our factory, frozen supplies are kept in the cold room until they are ready to be processed. Frozen items are machine cut in its frozen state and packed in the same state. Gloves are worn to prevent direct hand to food contact and the cutting machine is thoroughly cleaned after each cutting process.
Weighing is by digital scales for accuracy. Checks are constantly done on the expiry dates of the products and all foods must have a minimum of six months or more before they can be supplied to customers. Thus, this is how we keep our promise to provide quality premium food.
